1. Only one character per account. To create another character, make a new account.
2. All accounts must be named after their corresponding character. This is done so that we can keep track of characters.
3. Every member of Staff has the right to enforce these rules. If anyone attempts to break the rules or find loopholes to get around them, staff has the right to void the post or topic.
4. Bumping threads is allowed, but you must wait 24-hours.
5. Respect your fellow RPers enough to write an appropriate response to what they gave you. Try to match the wordcount of the post you are responding to.
6. Don’t swear like a sailor!
7. Godmodding is not permitted. This is where you control another person’s character, or content that they created without their permission.
8. Don’t post adult content. Anything other than vague tasteful mentioning will be met with banishment!
9. Your character must be approved before you can create a roleplay post with them. To create a character, look for the character creation area, read the rules and fill out the form shown.
10. Characters who have multiple personalities or are just completely insane are not permitted. One because it makes a mockery of people who have serious mental illnesses, and two it's a cheap way to get IC reasons to do things.

12. Be polite to those around you. This is the Golden Rule.
13. Put out of character comments between ()'s
14. Make sure your threads are all wrapped up in a certain location before you move on to a new one.
15. You can be in 3 threads at one time not including OOC Topics.
16. Metagaming (Using information your character couldn't possibly know.) is not permitted. (This also applies to your character working around something that they have no knowledge of.)
17. I know we're dealing with magic and such, but try to be realistic. If someone attacks you in the air, you're probably not going to be able to get out of the way.
18. Everything your character does must have IC reasons behind it. You can't kill a player just because you feel like it.
19. Once your character is approved you can't change their stats or specialties, except through certain magic. You are free to edit them all you like until you post in your first thread with them.
20. After 48 Hours in a topic, if someone has not replied to the topic you are allowed to skip the person and continue with the posting order.
21. Don't copy and paste RP posts from this site or another site and use it as your own.

This rule allows players to retain the uniqueness of their creations, thus having jutsu and weapons unique to them, without the worry of another player making the same exact creation but with a different name.
Should an app be reported as a rip off, a link to your creation must be provided with the accusation.
After reviewing both applications, if one has to many similarities to another, the staff will ask for the move to either be remade, or deny it if there is no way to fix it.
Make sure you search before you post, to make sure you are not making something someone else already made.

To keep the forum nice and orderly please only have one image or Gif in your signature, and keep it to a decent size.
Penalties for breaking rules will be arbitrarily decided by the moderator dealing with the problem.
